• Newsletters & Alerts: Curated email newsletters, breaking news alerts, and topic-specific updates.
• Advertiser & Partner Portal: Tools and resources for businesses to place advertising, submit press releases, and manage sponsored content.
• Interactive Features: Comment sections, community forums, feedback forms, and audience polls.
The scope, availability, and features of our Services may change at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
Certain features of ITPRIMETV.COM require account registration. When registering, you agree to:

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use ITPRIMETV.COM only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must NOT:

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, reporting to law enforcement, and legal action.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration clause below, you agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of ITPRIMETV.COM or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
17.3 Arbitration
Except for disputes involving intellectual property rights, injunctive relief, or matters where either party seeks emergency equitable relief, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in English in Hyderabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ITPRIMETV.COM must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it shall be permanently barred.
